My work style is approachable, respectful, and collaborative.
I am a psychologist, coach, and author, and I have been supporting individuals, teams, and organizations in their change and transformation processes for over 30 years.
I was born in Barcelona, and at 26, I decided to change my life and move to Australia, where I lived for over four decades. In 2024, I returned to Spain and now reside in Tarragona, eager to continue supporting others, sharing my experience and knowledge wherever they may be helpful.
I know how to listen and create a safe space, and I can also become that challenger who, with honesty and sensitivity, invites you to face reality head-on and take the necessary steps to transform it.
I work both in person and online (anywhere in the world) through platforms such as Zoom, Skype, or Microsoft Teams.
Why do I think I can help you?

A Personal story of overcoming challenges
During my adolescence and youth, I faced significant difficulties that led me to “hit rock bottom.” The support of psychotherapists and coaches was key to moving forward and building a meaningful life. Today, that experience allows me to deeply understand what people seeking help go through and offer practical tools that really work.My purpose is clear: to help you overcome obstacles, discover your strengths, and create a whole, meaningful life aligned with what truly matters to you.
If you feel the time has come to take a step toward change and transformation, I would be happy to accompany you on that journey.
