In compliance with the duty to provide information stipulated in Article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the following information is provided. 2. USERS
Access to and/or use of this SSP portal confers the status of USER, who, from the moment of such access and/or use, accepts the General Terms of Use set forth herein. These Terms shall apply regardless of any applicable General Terms of Contract.
3. USE OF THE PORTAL
The website provides access to a multitude of information, services, programs, or data (hereinafter, “the Content”) on the Internet, belonging to SSP or its licensors, which the USER may access. The USER assumes responsibility for using the portal. This responsibility extends to any registration required to access certain services or content.
During registration, the USER is responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. As a result of this registration, the USER may be provided with a password for which they will be responsible, undertaking to use it diligently and confidentially. The USER agrees to make appropriate use of the content and services (such as chat services, discussion forums, or newsgroups) that SSP, the website creator, offers through its portal and, by way of example but not limitation, agrees not to use them for:
- Engaging in illicit, illegal, or activities contrary to good faith and public order;
- Disseminating content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic, or illegal nature, or that incites terrorism or violates human rights;
- Causing damage to the physical and logical systems of SSP, the website creator, its suppliers, or third parties, or introducing or spreading computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that could cause the damage as mentioned earlier;
- Attempting to access and, where applicable, use the email accounts of other users and modify or manipulate their messages. SSP, the website creator, reserves the right to remove any comments and contributions that violate respect for human dignity, are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, or pornographic, that are harmful to minors, or that threaten public order or safety, or that, in its opinion, are unsuitable for publication. In any case, SSP will not be responsible for the opinions expressed by users through forums, chats, or other participation tools.
4. DATA PROTECTION
SSP complies with the guidelines of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), and other applicable regulations in force at any given time, and ensures the correct use and processing of the user’s personal data. To this end, alongside each form for collecting personal data, in the services that the user may request from SSP, the user will be informed of the existence and acceptance of the specific conditions for the processing of their data in each case, including information on the data controller, the controller’s address, and the possibility of exercising their rights regarding the processing of their personal data by SSP. 5. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
SSP, either directly or as an assignee, owns all intellectual and industrial property rights to its website, as well as the elements contained therein (including, but not limited to, images, sound, audio, video, software or texts; trademarks or logos, color combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access and use, etc.), owned by SSP or its licensors, with the exception of those images, videos or audios that are royalty-free or for which the right of use has been acquired from third parties.

Pursuant to Articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph, of Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, of April 12, which approves the consolidated text of the Intellectual Property Law, the reproduction, distribution, public communication, and transformation, including making available, of all or part of the content of this website for commercial purposes, in any medium and by any technical means, is expressly prohibited without the authorization of SSP. The USER agrees to respect SSP’s Intellectual and Industrial Property rights. The USER may view the portal’s elements and even print, copy, and store them on their computer’s hard drive or on any other physical medium, provided that this is solely and exclusively for their personal and private use. The USER must refrain from deleting, altering, circumventing, or manipulating any protection device or security system installed on the SSP pages.
6. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
SSP shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for damages of any kind that may be caused, including but not limited to: errors or omissions in the content, lack of availability of the portal, or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the content, despite taking all necessary technological measures to prevent it.
7. MODIFICATIONS
SSP reserves the right to make, without prior notice, any modifications it deems appropriate to its portal, and may change, delete, or add both the content and services provided through it, as well as the way in which these are presented or located on its portal.
8. LINKS
If the website contains links or hyperlinks to other internet sites, SSP will not exercise any control over such sites or their content. Under no circumstances will SSP assume any responsibility for the content of links belonging to third-party websites, nor will it guarantee the technical availability, quality, reliability, accuracy, completeness, truthfulness, validity, or legality of any material or information contained in such hyperlinks or other internet sites.
Likewise, the inclusion of these external links does not imply any association, merger, or partnership with the linked entities.
9. RIGHT OF EXCLUSION
SSP reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the portal and/or the services offered, without prior notice, at its own discretion or at the request of a third party, to those users who fail to comply with this Legal Notice of General Conditions of Use.
10. GENERAL PROVISIONS
SSP will pursue any breach of these conditions, as well as any misuse of its portal, and will exercise all corresponding civil and criminal actions to which it is entitled under the law.
11. MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS AND DURATION
SSP may modify these terms at any time, and such modifications will be duly published as they appear here. The validity of these terms will depend on their publication and will remain in effect until modified by other duly published terms.
12. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The relationship between SSP and the USER will be governed by current Spanish legislation, and any dispute will be submitted to the courts and tribunals of the USER’s city.
