Sebastián Salicrú Pérez (hereinafter, SSP) informs website users of its policy for the processing and protection of personal data collected through the website during browsing or when contracting services.

In this regard, SSP guarantees compliance with current regulations on the protection of personal data, as reflected in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons about the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR). 

Use of this website implies acceptance of this privacy policy.

2. Data Collection, Purpose, and Processing

SSP is obligated to inform users of its website about the collection of personal data that may occur, whether through email or by completing website forms. In this regard, SSP will be considered the data controller for the data collected through the means mentioned above.

SSP also informs users that the purpose of processing the collected data includes: responding to user requests, adding them to the contact list, providing services, and managing the business relationship.

The operations, management, and technical procedures, whether automated or not, that enable the collection, storage, modification, transfer, and other actions involving personal data are considered personal data processing.

For all personal data collected through the SSP website, appropriate technical and organizational security measures will be adopted to ensure the ongoing confidentiality, integrity, availability, and resilience of the processing systems and services, ensuring that the processing complies with the GDPR requirements and protects users’ rights.

3. Disclosure of Information to Third Parties

SSP informs users that their personal data will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law.

However, as the services offered by SSP are hosted on the erescambio platform (link to erescambio’s legal notice), which acts on behalf of the company, and as the data provided may be processed by a server located in the USA, in compliance with the Privacy Shield agreement.

4. User Rights

The GDPR grants data subjects the right to exercise a series of rights related to the processing of their personal data: the right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, data portability, restriction of processing, and the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, as well as the right to withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Insofar as SSP processes user data, users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, and objection, in accordance with current data protection legislation.

To exercise these rights, the user must submit a written request, along with documentation proving their identity (national identity card or passport), to the following address: SSP, Calle Pons D’Icart, 41, 4º B, Tarragona 43004, or to any address that may replace it in the General Data Protection Register, or to the email address sss@pts.net.au. This request must include the following information: the user’s full name, the specific right being exercised (expressly stated), the user’s address, and supporting documentation.

The user must exercise the rights themselves. However, they may be exercised by an authorized representative. In this case, documentation proving the representative’s authority must be provided.

To answer inquiries: name, email address, and phone number. To send newsletters: name and email address. Social media account setup and tracking: the personal data you provide or authorize social media platforms to share when you become a follower, including your activity and engagement through the various applications offered by these platforms. The users have provided this data.
Purpose of the Treatment


Respond to inquiries from individuals who contact SSP Send newsletters via email, SMS, and WhatsApp (in the latter two cases, having the phone number will be required) Create and manage SSP accounts on the following social networks: Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, including activity and monitoring on the applications of these networks.

International Assignments or Transfers
For purposes a), b), and c), the data provided will be processed by SiteGround (https://www.siteground.com/), as a sub-processor, to provide the services offered by the erescambio platform, contracted by SSP. Additionally, to respond to user inquiries and/or send newsletters, the data will be processed by Mailchimp (https://mailchimp.com/), as a sub-processor contracted by the owner of the erescambio platform, contracted by SSP, whose servers are located in the USA and are certified under the Privacy Shield framework.
Storage Time
We will process your data for as long as you maintain a relationship with us or until you withdraw your consent. Once the relationship ends or you withdraw your consent, we will keep your personal data blocked for the applicable statutory limitation periods.
