I integrate psychology, coaching, and leadership to facilitate real and lasting change.
This includes the following approaches:
Schema Therapy
Schema Therapy (ST) is an evidence-based therapy that has proven effective in the treatment of chronic and complex psychological disorders, such as personality disorders, anxiety, and depression. It is based on the idea that schemas (patterns of thinking and feeling ingrained since childhood) influence adult behaviors.
It was initially developed by Jeffrey E. Young, an American psychologist, for the treatment of personality disorders. However, it has evolved beyond its initial scope, and this approach is now used to address a multitude of psychological problems affecting mental health.
ST is an innovative, pragmatic psychotherapy that integrates various psychological approaches, including cognitive, behavioral, psychodynamic, humanistic, and existential aspects. Therefore, this approach integrates elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy, attachment theory, and Gestalt therapy to treat chronic disorders and emotional problems.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
EMDR is another evidence-based therapy, meaning its effectiveness has been demonstrated and validated by numerous scientific studies
based on extensive research, and is recognized by organizations such as the World Health Organization (WHO) and the American Psychological Association (APA).
This therapy helps process traumatic memories and other difficult experiences, using bilateral stimulation (such as eye movements, touch, or hearing) to reduce the emotional distress associated with these events. EMDR therapy is effective for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and other conditions resulting from traumatic experiences, such as anxiety, phobias, and depression.
Transpersonal Therapy
Transpersonal therapy is a psychological movement that, from a holistic perspective, integrates spiritual and personal development with mental health. It seeks to help individuals transcend the limits of the ego to connect with a more profound wisdom and essence. It goes beyond treating conflicts and seeks growth, fulfillment, and meaning in life by expanding consciousness, viewing crises as opportunities for development.
